Colorium gives the option to pick a color from the screen and get it representation in RGB, HEX and HSV.

Just click on "Pick a colour" button and click on the screen to get the colour.

You can use the Finder extension to pick a colour on the screen. To activate the extension go to System Preferences -> Extension and you will get it on Finder section.
